How much do sessions cost?

Cost for the initial assessment is $75 and can last anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour. Equine sessions are $100 per session and typically run 45-50 minutes.

How do I get started?

You can contact me by calling 502-703-0020 or completing the contact form on the website. From there, I will reach out to schedule the initial assessment session, which takes place via telehealth, to discuss your history and reasons for seeking services. After the initial assessment, we will schedule the equine sessions.

Do you take insurance?

We are private pay and do not take insurance. You can use Health Savings Account funds for services.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit/debit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) cards, or cash are accepted. A credit card is required to be on file in order to book an appointment and will be charged at the beginning of your session.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require you to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged in full for the session. Exceptions are made at my discretion.

What should I wear to my session?

Please be sure to wear closed toe shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. In colder months, dress as if it is at least 10 degrees colder than the listed temperature. You can always remove layers! Pants are recommended.

Will I ride the horse during my session?

You will most likely not be riding during your session. Most sessions will take place on the ground working with the horse through various exercises.
